This notice explains what ProGig processes, why it is needed and how to contact BFYAI IT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD about your information. It covers the website and mobile application.
Account and profile information
We process information you provide, including your name, email, user ID, phone number where supplied, account role, resume, skills, experience and enabled service profiles. For password accounts, passwords and recovery answers are stored as hashes. Google sign-in supplies identity information such as a verified email, name and Google account identifier; ProGig does not receive your Google password.
We use this information to authenticate you, operate your account, provide profile and resume features, and support discovery and project recommendations. Enabled marketplace profiles are visible to other eligible users according to the feature's visibility settings.
Verification information and documents
When you request freelancer or company verification, we process the required legal name, contact and address details, PAN, GST status and GSTIN where applicable, identity evidence, bank holder/account/IFSC information, and supporting documents. Companies may also provide registration and authorised-signatory details.
These details support manual authenticity checks, admin review, fraud prevention and review decisions. Verification documents are restricted to the submitting account and authorised reviewers through access-controlled features; they are not public marketplace documents. Do not submit Aadhaar or information not requested by the verification form.
Projects, communications and billing records
We process requirements, proposals, agreements, signatures, planned and actual dates, tasks, milestones, documents, chat messages, meeting metadata, notifications, payment confirmations and related audit records to provide shared project workflows.
Authorised project participants can access the information shared within their project. Microphone and camera access is used for meetings when you grant device permission. Payment processors such as Razorpay handle payment credentials; ProGig stores necessary order, transaction, billing and invoice references rather than your full card credentials.
AI and other service providers
When you choose an AI feature and accept its separate notice, relevant resume, profile or job-description content may be sent to Google's Gemini service for parsing or analysis. Skills or search topics may be used to find YouTube learning resources. Do not include sensitive identity, bank or confidential third-party information in AI inputs unless it is necessary and you have authority to share it.
Providers used to run the service include hosting and infrastructure providers, Cloudflare document storage where configured, Google authentication and AI services, notification and meeting infrastructure, and Razorpay for applicable payments. They process the information necessary for their role under their own applicable terms and safeguards. Some processing may take place outside your location. Links to third-party services are governed by their own privacy notices.
Device storage and operational information
The website and app use browser or device storage for sign-in sessions, account-specific cached content, preferences and secure login handoff. We process operational information such as request logs, device notification tokens where enabled, security events, usage limits and policy acceptance version/timestamps to run and protect the service.
Signing out, clearing browser storage or uninstalling the app affects local storage but does not itself delete your server-side account or project records. You can manage camera, microphone and notification permissions in your device settings.
Retention and security
We retain information while it is needed to provide your account and project services and, where necessary, to resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations. Account closure does not necessarily delete shared agreements, invoices or records required for those purposes. Backup copies may persist until their normal replacement or deletion.
Access controls and other technical safeguards are used to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security. Contact hello@bfyai.in promptly if you suspect a privacy or security issue.
Your choices and requests
You can update available account/profile fields, control enabled profiles and decline optional AI processing. To request access, correction, account deletion, withdrawal of consent or resolution of a privacy complaint, email hello@bfyai.in with the subject 'ProGig privacy request'. Identify your account without sending passwords, full bank details or identity documents by email.
We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request. We will explain any information that must be retained or request that cannot be fulfilled under applicable law. Withdrawal may prevent features that require the relevant information; it does not invalidate processing that took place before withdrawal. You may use remedies available through the appropriate statutory authority where applicable.
Children, updates and contact
ProGig is intended for adults aged 18 and above. Do not create an account for a child. Contact us if you believe a child's information has been submitted.
